Hey guys today hsa been a good day. though i slept in longer than i wanted to....i really need to get my body clock back on focus. it really sucks the times i go to bed and wake up - neeed to sort it out.

University was okay today - only had the one lecture but todays was two hours due to the fact that this module started later than the rest due to it being brought forward a semester due to a lecturer on another module leaving and not being able to do that. so yep had a two hour lecture well it was more of a seminar really. there was only 13people in this class. so yep it was on the History of Leisure. i must admit i enjoyed it. i like looking at sources and things like that. who knows if i will still have this opinion in two weeks time.

tomorrow got an appointment at the Fitness Club. since i picked up an injury playing hockey (field) - oh so many years ago my enthusiasm and levels of fitness have declined. though i did play Rugby all of last year for university. and got inured in the first game but carried on playing then got an ear bashing from the Doctor at the hospital for doing so..okay soooo i'm stubborn!

 This picture is well my header as you can probably see.. and it is of Moraine Lake. The water really is that colour - really was Beautiful!!! and the Picture below is of the same lake but higher up - me and my sister had a great time climbing over the boulders - man must go out more and enjoy the area around where i live.

I think this bird was used to seeing people - wonder what it was thinking as it looked at us.

And another one  - but look at the rocks/boulders - that is what i had fun climbing over..hehe - but oh yeah the view :jaw drops:

 We were blessed with some great days thank god we did other wise i dont think we would have the views that we did.
