So i'm just watching the footie - Manchester United Vs Villerial (or however it is spelt) and i thought i would post some pictures.

My day has been okay today - got up late again though i didnt go to sleep til like 3:30am. need to go earlier. so got up late and then sorted somethings out and then went to the gym - caught the bus there and these ladies were chatting away and including me in the conversation - only the four of us on the bus and my old ladies are just like teenagers.. man o man. we were talking about a hair product/dye this woman had bought... jeez... luckily i got off the bus before them all..lol

Worked out at the gym - 30minutes on the bike, 10minutes on the X Trainer, some weights and then i went on the treadmill and walked some then went on bike for last 5minutes then went and got changed... so i went to go catch the bus back when i looked at my watch and noticed i would have to wait 15minutes for the next one. so i thought i would walk on to the next bus stop.... so i did then i thought i would walk on to the next and i was nearly there when i bus went pass! i was FUCK! so i carried on walking when low and behold the bus goes pass that i needed again. i was like ummm then realised that the first one wasnt in service.. so instead of catching the bus i walked all the way back..all 2.2miles of it.  - and on top of that my shin was killing - shin splints i think so walking was a bugger... but it wore off...umm weird but didnt wear off till i got to the shop just below my flat..

anyways that is all i've done - so on with the pictures...

these photographs were taken on my walk back from my grandparents on Saturday.... i just love these pictures

The castle infront of the sunset i was just like Wow - stood on the bridge snapping away ppl driving past probably thought 'What she doing' - so i kept snapping - took a few... Lancaster is a nice place to walk around... there are alot of bridges...

The sunset was beautiful. we have been lucky lately with the weather - except it being cold... that was up till today when it was overcast and miserable...luckily no rain.

i took four in total of the castle with the sunset as the back drop from two different angles.

On another clear day i think i am going to go to Morecambe and snap some pictures as that is the direction of the sunset - the west,... and i bet i willg et some nice Pictures... just got to choose hte right day to go... and then get the bus or i oculd walk the 8miles..lol i like the water reflection of the colours above

I carried on walking and then just took another picture of well an old thing??? a well? or somehting to do withb the river and the castle again
