So i just came out of the bathroom and i shut the door and well i swung my other arm back and the door went straight into my elbow -  its a heavy door like those Fire doors... and man o man did it kill!!

i went light headed, dizzy, felt sick and went incredibly pale...

and my hands are shaking - very badly at the moment.

 just been to get a drink to hopefully calm it down...

i havent felt like this with banging anything since i banged my knee at High school when i was in year 9, aged 14.

Got it hurt... and its still sore now. - but that feeling light headed and seeing stars... horrible feeling.

Why does our body do that when we knock our bones....urgh! need to lie down
