ITs been another hot day - not as hot as a few days ago but still warm. Went for a swim in the sea after work. it was really nice. took me a while to get in. Its so good having the sea right on our doorstep. yeah the steps are a killer but its well worth it. its so peaceful.

Anyway today i woke up in bed with my PJ's on - i know i know mostly everyone des. But... i fell asleep while watching a movie with Morgan in my clothes on top of my bed but i wake up in the morning under the covers with my PJ's on. i have no recollection of it...... ummmmmm.

On another note today Morgan asked me to spray dye his hair blue.....i was like... eeek! do you trust me. he was like of course i do my best bud rach. i was like okay if your sure.... welll it turned out okay. not what he wanted but oh well thats what he gets for trusting me...lol.

so my day hasnt been that eventful... i had to work in the morning but had the afternoon off, so like i said i went for a swim. this morning i had double abseiling. the first group some of the kids got up to 7goes down the tower but the second group were alot ounger and only got one go. it practically took me nearly 15minutes to get one kid down... its frustrating sometimes. but still fun

got nothing on tonight... so probably just watch the movie i was trying to watch last night but fell asleep watching.... hope everyone is well.
